Customer Service

At UsedStryker, we are devoted to customer satisfaction and committed to positive relationships with every company and individual with whom we do business. We strive to understand your questions and concerns, and treat you with respect, courtesy and consideration.


We attempt to use original Stryker shipping boxes and material on all orders and include necessary cables and accessories when available. Receiving a product in working condition and free of damage is our top priority. For all logistics, we use FedEx, UPS and other major carriers for both domestic and International shipping. Additionally, items can be picked up in our Emeryville, CA location between 9 am–5 pm Monday–Friday.


Orders or price quotes can be done through our website, as well as via email and telephone. We are available from 6 am–5 pm PST.


We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, all major credit cards (a form will be sent to you for credit card orders authorizing us to place your order), bank wires and COD.
